Our Property Management Services

Leasing fee to place a tenant: 1/2 month rent

Monthly management fee: 12% of monthly lease rent

Attorney lease fee for new tenant: $50

Annual inspections and lease renewals: Included

Lease Guarantee: If the tenant does not stay 6 months of the lease term, we will place a new tenant in for no cost.

We do not have a long term contract. You can cancel the management agreement at any time.

We have a screening process that includes background and eviction checks. You will make the final decision on the tenant once you review their credentials and background. 

We have built long term relationships with local vendors and contractors who provide quality work and great rates for our landlord owners.
